The Brain on your phone. Alerts while a position is still open, and logging a trade without opening anything.

THE BRAIN ON TELEGRAM
The Brain works in Telegram as well as the app. Same history, same answers, but it reaches you where you already are. An alert about a position is only useful while the position is still open, and a browser tab you closed an hour ago is no use to anyone.
Connecting
You get offered Telegram during onboarding, and you can connect later from settings if you skipped it.
Hit Connect Telegram, which opens the Reflekt bot. Send /start and you are linked. That is the whole thing.
Set your check-in time
Once you are linked, tell it when to reach you in the morning:
/checkin on Europe/Athens 09:00
Use your own timezone and whatever hour suits you. Without this you will not get the daily check-in at all, so it is worth doing straight away.
Send /checkin on its own at any point to see your current settings.
What arrives without you asking
Open a position and it will tell you it saw it, and ask what the thesis is. Close one and it will ask what you took away from it.
It also speaks up when something matches a pattern it has already found in your history. Size creeping past your usual, adding to a position that is going against you, flipping direction twice inside a few minutes. Those arrive while the position is still open, which is the only time they are any use.
Every morning
The daily check-in is a short read on the day before. What you traded, how it went, whether anything looked off compared to your usual. It flags events coming up that tend to move your book, and it will usually end with a question about something you told it previously.
Journaling without opening anything
This is what Telegram is best at. Tell it why you are taking a trade, why you are adding, why you are sitting on something red. One message, no app to open, no form to fill in.
Rough is fine. "Stronger than the rest of the alts on this dump, 5m scalp" is a perfectly good entry. So is "bored". It logs what you say and lines it up against what you actually did.
It still will not call the market
Same as in the app. Ask it whether to be flat into a rate decision and it will tell you that is not its job. What it can tell you is how you have historically traded around events like that compared to your clean sessions.
